How I review
I look for a clear problem, a contribution that survives comparison with prior work, evidence that matches the claim, and an honest account of limitations.
In engineering work, I also ask whether the proposed system can be operated, explained, and recovered—not only whether it performs well in the happy path.
Verification policy. Roles are linked to official public pages when those pages are available. Where a public committee page is pending or no longer maintained, the site uses a conservative description and does not imply broader recognition than the evidence supports.
